The Daliwakan's are the race enslaved by the Klingon Empire to work throughout the Gamma Sagittarii system. Initial reports of their existence came from the discovery of their homeworld Daliwaka, by a Vulcan science vessel in approximately 2140:
“Approximately seventeen point four of your years ago, a Vulcan scout vessel entered a distant system on the fringes of what can be termed as 'Klingon space.' On the only hospitable planet was a world used by the Klingon's for its valuable resources. The work was carried out by a race called the Daliwakan. The Daliwakan are a sentient humanoid species vary much in appearance and manner as humans. Long subjugated by the Klingon's, the Daliwakan are invariably used throughout the Klingon sphere as forced labour. I only know this due to the fact that my sa-kai, my brother, was the executive officer of the same scout ship and that I was one of several used to assess the science reports."
